Great father/son team! They kept me informed when they would show up and arrived in the appointment time window. This was just an HVAC service and inspection. The HVAC was in good service condition, but Manuel took the time to fix a few small issues with the ducts and completely cleaned and tested the condenser outside.
I was very satisfied with Manuel and his dad Jose. I will have them service my HVAC next year, already on the calendar.

These guys are a real find! Very professional, They showed up on time and kept to their schedule. They replaced all my duct work in the crawl space and balanced air flow through the house. I also purchased a heat pump as my old AC was 30 years old. Everything went seamlessly. They did things right. And did not nickel and dime me every time something small came up ... they just fixed it.

The team at Premium was simply outstanding. They answered questions precisely before setting up the appointment. They were able to come out the same day. Hands down the BEST HVAC company in the bay area. This father-son team are incredibly knowledgable. polite. friendly, punctual. diligent. and professional.Jose and Manuel have installed dozens of systems for my clients and have even designed and installed my office and home systems.
Any HVAC company can just come and throw a system in that works, but there are very few that
carefully plan and layout a system for optimal performance. They also precisely balance the system

Our A/C unit went out and we called Jose Luis and he came the following day which was a Saturday. Gave us our options in replacing our furnace and A/C.
